Duratherm ® OS is our BBA approved (Certificate number 10/4771) and LABC accredited (Certificate number EWS645) spray foam product. Suitable for insulation purposes in a variety of different properties and structures, for roof stabilisation, to reduce air leakage and to overcome issues with slipping tiles and nail fatigue.

Duratherm® OS can be used to upgrade the thermal performance of roofs, floors or walls of any property, to meet current building regulations. 

Technical Data

Duratherm® OS is an HCFC and CFC FREE two component, 1:1 ratio, rigid foam system, which when processed through suitable spray machinery (Graco, Gusmer, Glas-Craft) will produce a rigid foam of approximate density 35kg/m3, with exceptionally good compressive strength.

Service Temp range -15oC to 70oC.

When tested to BS476 part 7 the foam achieves a Class 1 surface spread of flame

Duratherm BBA Certificate

The Duratherm BBA Certificate relates to Duratherm OS Roof Insulation, a spray applied expanding polyurethane foam, for use in pitched roofs, including hybrid roofs, or flat timber roof constructions, in new or existing domestic or similar buildings.
