“Customer Service, Technical Support, Really quick delivery times” – those are the three key elements which help us win and retain new business from new and existing customers “ says Rob Smith, Product Manager at Isothane. Rob’s been with the company for nearly 15 years and in the industry for even longer than that.

“We have some very competent competitors in the market place” admits Rob, “ there’s no denying it , but they are mainly distributors for overseas companies. When a customer calls me, I can honestly tell them that their product is being produced in the very building I am sitting in.”

Not only does that give them some great opportunities for flexibility, it also gives them the ability to make deliveries – quickly.

“If I don’t know the answer to a specific question being asked, there are plenty of ports of call within the company” says Rob.  “Amongst colleagues, there are literally hundreds of years’ experience on hand. That, coupled with the UK location and willingness to assist is winning us a lot of work. “

“Certification is also key” comments John Volpicelli,  who has been working with the business for many years. “Our Duratherm and Technitherm products  hold both a KIWA BDA Agrement Certificate, and LABC certification, and are only installed by our approved network of installers who together with our technical team can help you with your projects across the country.”
