Product Description

Mix Ratio:- Resin : Isocyanate 50:50 [by volume] or 47:53 [by weight].

ECOFIL 45 is a two component CFC AND HCFC FREE, water blown rigid foam system designed to produce a polyurethane foam with a fine cellular structure, low friability and good adhesion to substrates.

ECOFIL 45 is specially formulated to be easy to use at 1:1 by volume hand mix techniques using an electric driven mixer. It can be processed through suitable dispense machinery ( i.e. High Pressure or Low Pressure ). This system will produce polyurethane foam for use in conventional PUR moulding applications. Component Description

Ecofil 45 Resin component is a fully formulated liquid mixture. It should be stored in sealed tanks or drums and heated to 20ºC - 25ºC prior to use and thoroughly mixed with a mechanical stirrer prior to use.

Viscosity @ 20°C = 350 mPa.s (cps)
Specific Gravity @ 20°C = 1.11.

M27 Isocyanate component is liquid mixture containing crude Diphenyl-methane-diisocyanate it should be stored in sealed tanks or drums and heated 20ºC - 25ºC prior to use.

Viscosity @ 20°C = 325 mPa.s (cps)
Specific Gravity @ 20°C = 1.24.
