Isothane prides itself on having one of the best Technical Service teams in the industry. The team are always on hand to help contractors, architects, project managers or homeowners with any information they need or answer questions they have about our polyurethane products including our spray foam insulation and cavity wall insulation.
if you are a Contractor
The team are available to support all our contractors with technical queries and help with surveys for work you may be quoting for. For the products that require our contractors to be approved we will support them through that process initially and then continue to work with them as we go forward. Our technical service team regularly visit all our approved contractors on site to make sure that the products are being installed to achieve their maximum benefits and to provide you with any additional technical support on using the products. if you are an ARCHITECT or specifier
We can provide you will all the technical information you need on our products and for insulation products supply you with u-value calculations and condensation risk analysis for any projects you are managing. The team at Isothane also offer CPD sessions for architects. If this is of interest then please contact Dan or James to arrange this.
if you are a HOMEOWNER or PROJECT MANAGER
Our team will discuss with you the suitability of our products for the work that you are planning on carrying out. We can provide you with full technical details on the way the product works and is installed plus the benefits of using our products over our competitors. For our spray foam and cavity wall insulation products we can provide you with a list of approved installers who will be able to carry out the work for you.
