Product Launch - Thermadek Winter

Isothane Launch Thermadek Winter-Grade, a spray-foam insulation suitable for application down to minus 5C

• Isothane have launched Thermadek Winter-Grade spray-foam insulation that can be applied at temperatures as low as minus 5C
• This significant break-through means that Customers can now complete insulation projects even in Winter. Until now the lowest recommended application temperature for spray-foam systems was plus 5C.
• Thermadek Winter-Grade was developed by Isothane to answer the increasing customer demand of tighter project completion deadlines, and Thermadek allows projects to be tackled and completed all year round, providing a 12 month weather window for applications.
• This is good news for Project Managers and Application Contractors alike.
• A wide range of projects has already been completed in the winter months, including the insulation of sewage sludge digesters, and the insulation of a large boat, both of which would have been impossible with conventional spray foam products.
• Thermadek Winter-Grade is a fast-reacting, robust foam system, using specialised raw materials to provide excellent adhesion and strength properties whilst retaining an excellent thermal insulation value. It can be sprayed through the normal application equipment in a 1:1 ratio.
