| The Problem: |
New water tank involved in a special process on a large
agricultural site required a waterproof and chemically
resistant lining to be installed. Speed of installation was
critical as the tank’s completion was already four weeks’
behind schedule. |

| The Solution: |
Armour - Chem polyurea elastomer, spray applied as a
new lining. The application took only four hours because of
the extremely fast cure time which minimised the out of
service period. Armour - Chem is resistant to acids, alkalis
and other corrosive substances and the test results are
available.
Application thickness was 3mm covering an area of 400m². |

| The Outcome: |
- No problems nearly 5 years after the application
- Same day back in service
- Unit working immediately, rather than a weeklong downtime with an epoxy system.
